After a renewal order is generated, selections for that order cannot be changed, but you can change selections for non-generated future orders. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, select Edit My Selections, go through the Mix & Match Subscription builder to update your selections and click Save Updates.
Yes, you can change the renewal date for your Mix & Match Subscription. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, select Change Payment Date, enter a new date and save.
No, you cannot apply a new promotion to an active subscription.
Once your Subscription order is placed, it joins the fulfillment queue like any other order. Please note that the “order date” on recurring orders does not necessarily equate to the shipping date.
Yes, you can opt to skip a subscription renewal order. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, select the skip option, and save.
Yes, you can cancel your Mix & Match Subscription at any time. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, and select the option to Cancel.
Each time a new Subscription order is placed, your payment method on file will be automatically charged. Prior to your billing date, you will receive an email notification alerting you to the upcoming order. You can always change your billing info or payment method in the subscription management portal.
