Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, and select your active Mix & Match Subscription.

Can I modify the items in my subscription?

Yes, you can modify the selections in your Mix & Match Subscription anytime until the renewal order is generated. After a renewal order is generated, selections for that order cannot be changed, but you can change selections for non-generated future orders. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, select Edit My Selections, go through the Mix & Match Subscription builder to update your selections and click Save Updates.

Can I change the renewal date for my Mix & Match Subscription renewal?

Yes, you can change the renewal date for your Mix & Match Subscription. Simply login to your store account, navigate to Subscriptions, select your active Mix & Match Subscription, select Change Payment Date, enter a new date and save.

Can I apply a new promotion to an active subscription?

No, you cannot apply a new promotion to an active subscription.

When will my Mix & Match Subscription order ship?

Once your Subscription order is placed, it joins the fulfillment queue like any other order. Please note that the “order date” on recurring orders does not necessarily equate to the shipping date.

How does billing work for the Mix & Match Subscription?

Each time a new Subscription order is placed, your payment method on file will be automatically charged. Prior to your billing date, you will receive an email notification alerting you to the upcoming order.
